KŌRO Bali is an experiential fine-dining restaurant set in tropical gardens on the black-sand shore of Nyanyi Beach, Tabanan. Its cooking centres on the Japanese idea of 'koku', weaving Balinese, Japanese and Italian influences into curated seasonal set menus (the 'Verdure' and 'Rosso' journeys). Founded by chef Eric Cocollos and Made Ariani Siswanto, it runs as an extension of the Bali Culinary Pastry School.
