Loloan is the oceanfront restaurant of Raffles Bali, set on the resort's cliff-edge above Jimbaran Bay. Reconceived as Loloan Coastal Peruvian, its menu centres on ceviches, tiraditos, live-grill dishes and plant-forward plates that draw on the shared maritime heritage of Peru and Bali; the name references the Balinese word for 'estuary'.
