Merah Putih — 'red and white', for the Indonesian flag — celebrates the archipelago's finest cooking beneath one of Seminyak's most dramatic rooms: a soaring white canopy of arches over palms and candlelight on Jalan Petitenget. Executive chef Wiwik sends out regional classics and creative plates that play with traditional spices — Sumatran curries, Balinese slow-cooked duck, Sulawesi chargrilled whole fish — alongside an award-winning cocktail list and a glass-walled wine room.
