The Bali home of pastry icon Will Goldfarb (of Netflix's Chef's Table), Room4Dessert turns dessert into a full degustation. Season 19, 'Fight Club', runs 15 courses of garden delight — snacks, savoury-leaning plates and petit fours, much of it grown on site — poured with the most juicy natural wines in town. Pull up to the copper counter and watch each course built by hand under lantern light. By day, the team runs hands-on pastry classes at the R4D Academy.
