Suka Espresso
Suka Espresso is the Bukit's all-day institution — the original southside canteen of the Australian-inspired By/Suka Collective. It runs from slow surf mornings to laid-back nights on three things: specialty coffee, generous Aussie-style brunch and easy dinners. Smashed avo, chilli scrambles and triple pancake stacks give way to poke bowls, katsu sandos and wagyu burgers, then pasta, tuna steak and house-smoked salmon after dark — pulled together with locally roasted beans and a near-permanent queue out front. Come post-surf; stay for an espresso martini.

I was only in Uluwatu for one day due to a flight issue, and we found this place by chance while walking to our hostel. It was full, which is always a good sign, and after checking their Instagram we decided to give it a try.
Suka Espresso Uluwatu was our favorite place in Bali, whether for amazing breakfasts or a pleasant dinner and drinks. Everything we tried — both food and drinks — was absolutely excellent.
We first tried Suka in Ubud and it was sooo good that when we found another Suka in Uluwatu we were so keen to try — and it is the best restaurant in all of Uluwatu.
