Inside the cave
Hidden beneath The Edge on the Uluwatu cliff, The Cave is chef Ryan Clift's theatrical degustation restaurant — a single candlelit table for a handful of guests a night, ringed by stalactites and red-velvet chairs deep inside a natural limestone cavern. A fixed multi-course tasting menu unfolds beneath a projected light show that washes the cave in colour, course by course. Reached down a sculptural spiral staircase, reservations essential — this is dinner as a performance.

An absolutely unforgettable night. Dining inside a cave is already pretty incredible, but the way they have built the whole experience around it is what really makes it special.
